Just wanted to thank you and your staff for helping us book the talent for our Fall Festival event this past Saturday. They were all wonderful and did a fantastic job. You guys always make me look good! Seriously you are such a great resource and I really enjoy working with you.

Bass/Schuler has been serving the programming needs of Tompkins Cortland Community College for many years.  The quality of their acts and their attention to detail keep us coming back for more!  We feel as if they know us and our campus personally – they know about our limited budget and small performing space, they know what works well and doesn’t and always keep us in mind when an artist or performer might be passing through and they can give us a block booking (or better) price.  Their promotion and publicity materials are top notch and are always provided in a timely fashion.  When Chris Schuler calls or emails, i feel like an acquaintance is calling, not an agent.  He has managed to strike the perfect balance in knowing when to contact or email – sometimes, the number of contacts from other agents  are overwhelming – he contacts me to follow up or to present information he knows I will be interested in.  In addition to Chris, all of the office staff is helpful and can answer a quick question.  Bass/Schuler runs an effective and efficient operation – can’t ask for anything more – they are a programmer’s delight!

In keeping with the Thanksgiving theme, one thing that I know we are extremely thankful for here at Inver Hills is the work you [Rachel] do with Bass-Schuler. Thanks for the care and energy you both show in providing a great experience to everyone that you work with, that obviously includes myself.

I just wanted to thank you for helping to make Sex Signals happen. The students here loved it and want to see the program in the future, but I know this wouldn’t have been possible without you, and everyone at Bass/Schuler. Thanks again for being so understanding when I raised concerns about the weather and being willing to work with me on that, regardless of the situation. This is the first campus-wide event I have ever planned and working with you really did put me at ease throughout the process. Thank you again. I couldn’t have possibly asked for a better person to work with.

It’s been great working with you this year on multiple events like Project Dynamite and Deconstructing the Beatles. Bass/Schuler Entertainment has been a fantastic organization for us to have at our disposal. The entertainers are always easy to work with, budget friendly, and just good people. Thank you for everything, and I wish you guys luck in the future!

Daniel Martin was wonderful and so easy to work with. That’s part of the reason I continue to use your agency…the performers have all been super easy to work with and so nice. But then, the other reason I keep coming to Bass/ Schuler is because you let me do the driving so to speak. You don’t hound me which I love and let me call you and get things scheduled when I’m ready.

And can I just say, I have been the First Year Programming Coordinator all summer and worked with so many people and different companies. Notably, I can honestly say that Bass/Schuler has been the most polite, well mannered, and efficient company I have worked with and I do appreciate all of the help you guys have given me. If something needed to be done, it was done that day. I really could not have imagined working with such a wonderful company.

I just wanted to keep you in the loop about the companies we’ve worked with via Bass-Schuler.  Both The Party Company and Record-A-Hit have been phenomenal to work with. The crew from The Party Company and RAH did all their setup and tear down on their own, alleviating the need for student volunteers, which was quite a relief to all of them.  It’s excellent when the staff that bring inflatables and other items will handle everything and make it so much easier on us.  I thought you’d be pleased to know that these two companies are doing great work and are building relationships well.

I wanted to thank you and your staff (especially Rachel) for being such a great agency to work with. We enjoy bringing Sex Signals but perhaps we wouldn’t do it if the booking agency was difficult or rude (which we’ve run into with others). So the combination of a quality program and a helpful and patient agency to book with makes this one of my absolute favorite events of the year. For being one of our most popular and well attended events, this is a low stress event for us due to the well-organized materials you all have provided and Rachel’s superior service with the contract; which is a relief around this office! Again, I appreciate the help in planning this event.

The artists provided through Bass/Schuler were outstanding, very professional and pleasant to work with! This was the first Main Street Nights that I was responsible for booking the artists.
