• Enables participants to understand biases and privileges
• Explains the difference between stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination
• Explains what micro-aggressions are, why people commit them, and how we can prevent them
• Clarifies the difference between intent and impact
• Navigates how to respond when you have hurt someone or when someone else is being hurt
• Empowers everyone to intervene when necessary and be part of the solution in fostering a more respectful and productive learning environment
