Since 2018, The Wayouts have been bringing their authentic vision of 1960s rock ‘n’ roll to audiences across Chicago and the Midwest. From intimate club performances to large festivals and even iconic venues like Wrigley Field, they’ve captivated tens of thousands with their electrifying shows. Their dynamic presence has turned heads and built a dedicated following that spans generations, from nostalgic boomers to modern-day hipsters.

The Wayouts’ commitment to pure rock ‘n’ roll is evident in their performances, which eschew modern gimmicks and technology in favor of an authentic, no-frills approach. With just four talented musicians, drums, guitars, and a setlist packed with the coolest songs ever written, they reimagine rock ‘n’ roll classics with a fresh energy that resonates deeply with fans. Their shows are a throwback to the glory days of rock, celebrating the music without losing touch with the present.

In their first 100 shows, The Wayouts have proven their ability to bridge generational gaps through their passionate and high-energy performances. Whether they’re rocking out in a garage or taking the stage at a major event, their dedication to delivering genuine rock ‘n’ roll experiences continues to thrill and unite audiences from all walks of life.

The Wayouts’ innovative “Live Jukebox” makes their set uniquely interactive. Audience members can choose songs from the band’s online Jukebox live at the show to make requests and send dedications for the band to play right on the spot!  Are you at a Wayouts show and want to hear your favorite 1960s anthem? Want to send a live music telegram to someone special? Use the jukebox to submit requests to the band live. You can shout requests the old-fashioned way, too, but your odds of catching the band’s attention are better via the Jukebox. Requests can’t be guaranteed but we do our very best!
