America’s FAVORITE EDM Glow Dance Party!
Operation Glow, founded in 2012, was the first mobile paint party EDM concert for hire in the US. This unique experience is created by shooting gallons of UV paint through the air, pouring foam from the stage, dropping confetti from the sky, and rushing UV bubbles through the extra space, Operation Glow provides an addictive adrenalin rush that partygoers call “OG.”
Attendees can’t seem to get enough of the intense and electrifying atmosphere, leaving them craving for more after each event.
Why Pick Operation Glow?
- Increased Duration: This mission operates in a longer duration from most missions. An opening or student DJ will spin for the first 30-45 minutes before Operation Glow commences in full force and effect.
- Effect Heavy: You’ve been warned. This mission is extreme and has been known to change lives. We use a LOT of special effects, loud music, and tons of energy.
- Needs Darkness: This mission works best in the dark so the blacklight reactive effects can glow. Security and perimeter lighting will need to be turned off.
- Indoor or Outdoor: This mission can be performed indoors or outdoors. Some levels require an enclosure.
- Customizable: This mission offers fully customizable production; thus, can be adjusted to support any reasonable budget.
- All-Inclusive: This mission is all-inclusive for some locations. We’ll review this with you!
- Multiple Teams and Systems: We have multiple teams and systems available to support parallel events.
- All Distances: This mission can be delivered to all contiguous distances in the USA.
- Fully Adaptable: This mission will adapt to your physical location, audience, and branding. We like making things personal and unique.
- Pre- & Post- AV Support: The production in this mission can support activities happening prior to and after this experience. Save $

Phillip-Michael Scales is an engaging, soulful singer-songwriter.
Phillip-Michael, a graduate of Berklee College of Music, is a versatile musician who delivers a range of genres including folk, soul, blues, jazz, indie, pop, and even Beatles covers on just an acoustic guitar. He is known for his professional and easy-to-work-with demeanor.
Not only is he successful in performing covers, but Phillip-Michael is also a gifted songwriter and happens to be the nephew of BB King. Phillip-Michael calls his sound “Dive Bar Soul,” which blends indie rock storytelling with the passion of the blues. His sound is a perfect blend of folk and soul, showcasing his talent for crafting thoughtful and catchy melodies. His skills were recognized in 2013 when he won an International Songwriting award.
