- Enables participants to see their own biases and privileges
- Explains what micro-aggressions are, why people commit them, and how we can prevent them
- Identifies what bias statements are and how to respond them
- Empowers everyone to be part of the solution in fostering a more respectful and productive learning environment.
Different Versions are available for the following populations:
- Conservative Schools (toned down sexual language)
- Progressive Schools (gender-neutral language & more intentional emphasis on LGBT populations)
- Greek Life
- College Athletes
