Growing up in the era of the 60s and 70s where one could see music greats such as Led Zeppelin performing on Friday, Janis Joplin on Saturday and Jimmy Hendrix on Sunday, allowed people to experience a new concept of music style. This era was not only a time of musical evolution, but musical revolution.
The music that was introduced to the world by artists such as the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, Jefferson Airplane, Crosby, Stills & Nash, the Doors, Bob Seger, the Doobie Brothers and others became know as “classic rock.”
Today, as well as some 30 plus years ago, people listened to and enjoyed this “classic rock music era.” Time has passed but has not faded the ageless music that so many have kept alive.
