SNL’s Cue Card Wally
The Man Behind the Cue Cards. The Stories Behind the Saturday Night Live!
Wally Feresten AKA CueCardWally has handled the cue cards at Saturday Night Live for more than 36 years. Over that time span, he has worked with hundreds of A-List celebrities, politicians and well-known athletes. Not to mention, but I will, hundreds of SNL cast members (he started with the Chris Farley and Adam Sandler cast in 1990) who he has helped navigate this famous live show and many of them into huge careers in TV and Film.
OH, HE’S GOT STORIES!
Besides being behind the camera, Wally has been making a name for himself in front of the camera as well. He has been an active member of SAG/AFTRA since 2015 after making too many appearances on Late Night with Seth Meyers. He has played weird and often crazy versions of himself on TV shows like, SNL, Late night with Seth Meyers, 30 Rock, Last Call with Carson Daly and coming soon…A very popular show starting their second season on Apple TV (can’t say which, I got NDA’d!).

He has created two very successful small businesses, New York City Q-Cards, Inc and Cue Cards by Wally, and has been profiled in several magazines, newspapers and websites, not to mention, but yeah, I’m going to, front page stories in the Wall Street Journal and the LA Times.

Wally will share a bunch of these stories, will take questions from the audience, sign autographs, pose for photos and give away cue cards that were recently used on all of the shows he works on. And as a thank you to the college students who helped book him, he will gift free personalized cue cards for each person.
