Kashmir
Bringing the Power and Magic of Led Zeppelin to Life!
Kashmir was formed in late 2001, after guitarist Frank Livingston decided to create a show based on substance and feel rather than just “fitting the suit.” “It is important to look the part, but way too often tribute bands seem to forget that without the sound, the look does nothing,” says Livingston.
Kashmir is a very entertaining show bringing only the best of Led Zeppelin to their fans. Kashmir seeks to re-create the experience of a ’70s Zeppelin show utilizing authentic vintage stage gear, costumes, and special effects, with great attention to detail in a non-pretentious way.
But most importantly, Kashmir does not take liberties on improving the music. Led Zeppelin should be played as it was, using only the equipment of the era, and should be reproduced dead on with great respect and admiration. “It’s not about us, it’s about Led Zeppelin.”
Kashmir’s dedication to authenticity extends beyond their musical performance. Each member of the band embodies the spirit and persona of the original Led Zeppelin members, creating an immersive experience for the audience. The band’s meticulous approach ensures that every concert feels like a journey back in time, allowing fans to experience the raw energy and electrifying presence of a true Led Zeppelin show. Whether you’re a lifelong Zeppelin fan or discovering their music for the first time, Kashmir promises an unforgettable tribute that honors the legacy of one of rock’s greatest bands.
Kashmir performs Led Zeppelin’s entire catalog, including the classic movie The Song Remains the Same. Don’t miss Kashmir – The Led Zeppelin Show.
